If you are feeling like you are in a business rut, then a sure way to get you out is to grow your skills. When you continue to learn and develop new skills it not only benefits you personally, but professionally too. Sometimes that can be as simple as finding a business podcast that teaches you something new each week, or finding a motivating book that is geared towards learning a new skill or tool that will benefit your business. A book that I am reading right now, if you need an idea, is "Beach Money: Creating Your Dream Life Through Network Marketing," by Jordan Adler.
